Insurance can be stressful knowing if you’re selecting the right insurance agent. The stress went away very quickly with Jen. She was great. Very easy to work with and she listened to all concerns and what coverages I needed and gave good suggestions with explanations that were understandable. Such a nice experience. She was great to work with. Can’t say enough!
Spoke with Stephanie to add a 3rd vehicle to our policy. Quick and painless and ensured all vehicles to have same coverage.
I would give this review a 6th (or 7th) star if I could, the people here are incredibly helpful and empathetic which isn't something that's typically found in any kind of insurance agent or agency. Stephanie in particular was a ray of sunshine! She took the time to listen to the voicemail I left, diagnose the issue I was dealing with and promptly helped me take care of it (on a Monday afternoon around closing time nonetheless). These people will forever have my business.
