I would give this review a 6th (or 7th) star if I could, the people here are incredibly helpful and empathetic which isn't something that's typically found in any kind of insurance agent or agency. Stephanie in particular was a ray of sunshine! She took the time to listen to the voicemail I left, diagnose the issue I was dealing with and promptly helped me take care of it (on a Monday afternoon around closing time nonetheless). These people will forever have my business.
I have work with the office of Mr. Jhon McGee for about years but specifically with Stephanie and my experience has been excellent, very professional, friendly and strong knowledge of the insurance industry. I recommend this office 100%.
We worked with Steph for our auto insurance and she made it so easy! She was timely with her responses and very kind! We’re happy to be in good hands from now on!
The whole team at John’s office has been nothing but helpful and great to work with for the years I was with them. The only reason I am switching is because I got remarried and my wife has had her State Farm agent longer than I had John and his team. I highly recommend this office If you are looking for a new agent.
