Very disappointed with quality and customer service. Ordered a large bow for front door wreath and after a few weeks on a very well covered front porch the ribbon started to show heavy black spots of mold all over. Upon reaching out for some solution, an AI generated response was given on how to clean the ribbon. I know because I tried this first, and got the same response from chatgtp.
