Ken Marion, owner of John Marion Roofing, replaced my roof 5/3/2024 after my 30 year roof from Landmark had to be replaced. Landmark installed the shingles over bad wood. Ken had to replace the wood. He & his crew did a good job. My new roof looks good & solid.
HAD KEN MARION ROOFING INSTALL A ROOF 14 YEARS AGO. HE SAID HE WOULD USE 25-YEAR CERTAIN TEED SHINGLES BUT USED G.A.F. INSTEAD. ROOF STARTED LEAKING LAST SPRING. PAID KEN $400 TO STOP LEAK THEN ANOTHER CO. $200, BUT LEAK NEVER STOPPED. ENDED UP HAVING TO REPLACE ROOF. NO, I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND IN A MILLION YEARS.
This company was supposed to redo my roof and they even had all materials delivered to my house. After three times of pushing back start date this guy calls 5 minutes before he’s supposed to start and backs out of job and has all his supplies picked back up. Wasted about a month waiting on this so called company. WOULD NOT RECOMEND EVER. Would give them a negative star if it would let me.
