Dr. Mariani replaced my left knee in July 2025 and I’m waiting for a date to have my right knee replaced. He’s one of the best. From the first time I walked into his office, I felt so at ease. I knew I was in the right place. He, as well as his entire staff, genuinely cares about their patients. I’m so thankful my knee issues led me to him.

Dr. Mariani is phenomenal in all aspects of his practice! In-office visits he is clear and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. He welcomes questions and discussions. I have been a patient of Dr Mariani's since 19 97 ,he's a great doctor ,I trust him with any surgery he may have to do on my knee ,he always takes the time to inform you of anything that needs to be done, and he'll take the time to sit and listen to any questions you may have, he is a great surgeon and very down to earth.

I have been Dr Mariani's patient since 2004. He has always been the type of Dr. who informs you of all options and fully explains the procedure. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes you feel that he cares. One of the best, truly a Top Doc.
