John did an outstanding job assisting us with the selling of our home. His expertise on the local market was very instrumental in determining a competitive selling price for our home. He was very involved, always responsive in all the aspects until the closing. He is very polite and a thorough professional. Definitely recommend working with him.
John did an excellent analysis of the market and suggested a strong pricing strategy. Open house foot traffic was excellent and multiple offers were quickly received, at and above asking price. He helped facilitate selling furnishings and a rental agreement so we could remain in the house after closing. He always replied promptly to my requests for info and clearly communicated what I should expect from the process (when to be out of the house or available for the lawyer). I definitely recommend him to others.
