John helped us sell our townhome and did an outstanding job. We had 9 showings the first weekend it was listed, resulting in competing offers the following week. It sold in two weeks. He knew the background on our property, and was able to guide us to make our property appealing for potential buyers. Selling a home can be difficult, but his advice and follow up made the process much easier.
