Dr. Ma was polite, prompt and professional. When the radiation equipment failed for a couple days, he even called me at home to check on me.
I can't express enough gratitude to Dr Ma for the care, compassion, and professionalism shown to me during my cancer journey. Dr. Ma treated me with dignity, patience, and understanding during one of the most difficult time In my life. Dr. Ma always took the time to explain everything clearly, and answer my questions. The kindness and genuine concern showed towards my health and well being. I would highly recommend Dr. Ma to anyone seeking not only medical care, but also compassion and support.
Dr. Ma is a great doctor. He has always taken the time to listen and is thoughtful in his response. He has a very gentle and positive demeanor that is calming and reassuring. I can't recommend him enough.
