The visit was handled professionally with promptness and courtesy. This was my third visit and would not consider going anywhere else.
I recently had a EGD done by Dr. Yalam. Everyone was very professional & caring. I received photo & a report immediately upon awakening. Very impressive!
I have been a patient of Dr. Yalam‘s for a long time. Having just seen him recently for my annual colonoscopy, once again caused great trepidation. However, his staff at the facility were top notch, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Their level of patience was greatly appreciated. The procedure always scares me because it requires being put to sleep, but his anesthesiologist made me feel very comfortable and by the time the procedure was over, I knew I had been in good hands. Just prior to my colonoscopy procedure, Dr. Yalam said there would be print and photo results given to me afterwards. Making a joke, I said "Photos, ooo!" Dr. Yalam said " Stop complaining, I am doing what you asked me to do, so stop complaining. Male or female, it's all a trash bin to me." When the colonoscopy showed no explanation for my pain, Dr. Yalam said "Call me in six weeks", and quickly walked away. Seems like he has little concern for my pain problem or reassuring me prior to the procedure.

Great office staff. Really nice outpatient facility for colonoscopy services. Everything on time, explained well, and very friendly and professional. And the follow up was great. Dr Yalam and his team are A++.
Dr. Yalam is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He is professional,knowledgeable and at the same time personable with a great sense of humor! I feel confident that he has my best interests in mind and is willing to answer questions and put you at ease. Have been a patient for over 10 years. His staff is great as well especially Maddie!

Dr. Yalam’s staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to speak to and have questions expertly answered. Dr. Yalam was very reassuring and cordial at time of procedure and at recovery.
