Terrible!!! His nurse is the most un professional person Ive ever encountered. She was rude & chastised me the whole time I was there. Would not fix my broken hearing aids that I purchased from them & the Doctor's exam was laughable. I have been seeing Dr. Ulrich for at least the past 10 years. He and his staff have been very professional and provide me the best possible care/options for my hearing loss. I have been fitted with a couple of different sets of hearing aids to meet my needs. During the past couple of years, my hearing has gotten progressively worse and my clarity of understanding speech has been very straining. I have been going to see Dr. Ulrich for the past 15 years. He is very patient, professional and explains so I can understand. His staff are also professional. I would highly recommend him if you have hearing needs.
My newborn failed his hearing test so we followed up with Dr Ulrich. He passed two hearing tests in his office, 3 months apart & Dr. Ulrich insisted on a third. When we inquired if it was necessary, we were told yes because he was barely passing. Upon further inquiry we were told he was wrong & his hearing was fine. Quick & easy money from parents who don’t know any better. We will NOT be returning. On a side note, the office staff was outstanding.
My 7 year old daughter required surgery after breaking her nose.I could not be happier that I was recommended to Dr.Ulrich. His staff was very pleasant and helpful in getting my daughter scheduled efficiently. I was impressed with the entire staff as they were all compassionate,professional, and great with my daughter. I've never been to a doctor who took as much time with me to explain the procedure and ease my nerves. So thankful for Dr. Ulrich!
Never go to this man. He is quick to put you on medication without doing thorough diagnosis and didn't take time to answer questions or go over results thoroughly. His business manager is rude, degrading, and not willing to discuss payment plans. The cost of services are not disclosed prior to them doing them. I left this office with no answers and in tears from their treatment of me.
I was referred to Dr Ulrich for sinus. He was cold and clinical, did not take time to go over my concerns. He ordered a cat scan and when resuts were normal wouldn't relay info over the phone. Had another appt to find out he couldn't diagnose me but was billing me another office charge. The office manager was even worse. She was unwilling to do payment arrangements and refused to bill my insurance first.She detained me in a side room and harshly told me this is my problem not hers. DON'T GO HERE
I would never go back to this doctor as they are so "money hungry" that's all they care about. I was hit up for my co-pay almost as I walked in the door. I tried explain that my insurance works as follows: They are supposed to bill the insurance company and then I owe 10% of what they pay the doctor, not 10% of what the doctor charges. I even had my insurance company on my cell phone and they refused to talk with them. I know very well the insurance will never pay what they charge me today.
He was wonderful to see me quickly when I had an emergency with my ear.
