I think Dr. Scaramella literally saved my life. I had been in the hospital 3 weeks, and none of the doctors could figure out what was wrong. Dr. Scaramella was THANKFULLY called in; he immediately accessed the problem, planned surgery which he thoroughly explained to me as well as my family members. He was patient, kind, answered every question, and his staff was amazing as well. I would recommend him, and will recommend him over and over to anyone needing dental surgery or work. The doctor was great. The staff never checked how much my insurance would cover despite me calling ahead several times to find out. Later I was billed for an additional $500 for services that I was assured would be covered by my insurance 100%. In addition to that the doctor refuses to remove 2 of my wisdom teeth unless I get a special 3D xray that he will provide and is not covered by my insurance to the tune of another $350.
Honestly the nicest and one of the most intelligent men i have ever met. Goes above and beyond to make sure everything is understood and all questions are answered. He is extremely thorough and thank god that he is, He was able to catch something that could have been life threatening during surgery if he hadnt been so thorough (with something i thought it was a minor detail of my medical history.) I had my wisdom teeth removed and I was very scared considering I have never had any kind of procedure done in the past...he answered each and every question with true sincerity and we left his office feeling confident that we made the right choice...he welcomes each patient into his office and gives them his full personal attention. He was great and I truely reccommend him to anyone in the future!!!
