I had a very disappointing experience at the Dolphin Dr. office. It took three weeks just to get an appointment, and when I was finally seen, they ended up working on the wrong tooth. I returned the next day, and Dr. Patel acknowledged the mistake. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was not helpful—particularly an African American woman who responded with passive-aggressive behavior and essentially told me there was nothing more she could do. Dr Dillard is amazing! I had 2 horrible back teeth pulled with no pain! I am a 53 yr old baby, and Dynamic takes care of my mouth perfectly!
Miss Rebecca is the absolute best employee and or person I have ever encountered in any medical facility in my life. 10 out of 10, in fact I only want to see her in the future. Very respectful, kind and beautiful person. I hate the dentist office, but she made me want to go back, just so I can see her again.
