Absolutely worst experience we have EVER had. Female agent at this location is horrible at communicating and doing her job. 3 times put in the wrong routing number and WE get hit with letters in the mail weeks later statung our policy will be cancelled due to insufficient funds, 2 months in a row. It has been an extraordinarily stressful experience dealing with this location. Do NOT deal with the wixom office.
