Everytime I ever deal with anyone at this agency... It's easy breezy! Less than a 5 minute process unless I need it to be more. Informative, patient and 95% of the time available at the time that I call.
I was charged $550 for insuring one car. They messed up when I was trading in my lease and switching to another car. For one day I needed insurance on two cars. They ended up charging me for both cars five weeks later, hence the $550. They said that they had messed up and they were going to apply the $200 to the next withdrawal. The next withdrawal comes and they withdrew $330. I contacted them three times via email and did not hear anything. Every three months the rates go up. I started paying $160 a month.
