Dr. Moore was very kind and helpful, great at explaining the nasal care regimen to me. They got me in and out quickly, but I never felt rushed and the took time to answer all my questions and address my concerns.
I really appreciated how quickly I was able to be seen and schedule an appointment. I felt heard when I explained all of my symptoms, and it was reassuring to receive a clear diagnosis.
I cannot recommend Tara highly enough for anyone seeking hearing care. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely at ease. Dealing with hearing loss can be a vulnerable and overwhelming experience, but Tara’s approach is the perfect blend of clinical excellence and genuine compassion. This perhaps the nicest doctor, audiologist and medical staff that I have ever encountered. I felt like I had a thorough examine and received expert attention. They went above and beyond to work with my insurance co to get the very best hearing aids for my condition. Then turned it around extremely fast because I was leaving town. Not only was it easy to make an appointment, they kept the time without waiting! I can finally hear and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Dr. Moore is very experienced and knowledgeable. he is efficient and communicates well. i highly recommend.
