Worst experience ever! I suffered 10 months of severe knee pain after a 100k race before finally scheduling an appointment only to hear him tell me I need more core strength. After 3 PT sessions it was clear I needed at least an MRI. I called his office to ask what I should plant to do. He said he didn’t see why I couldn’t continue PT until I felt better. He said go as much as 40 times. I want to run again not live at PT!!! Worst experience ever!
