My appointment got rescheduled 3 times. I understand. Then I go in for my new scheduled appointment and the girls laugh and say it's over the phone. Not in person. Nobody told me this. They think it's a joke. Not funny to me when I have to take off work and want to make sure im not sick.
The staff are All Awesome! Dr. Kern is an Awesome Doctor. He's laid back and listens to your questions. I'm very glad I was referred to him. Thank you Staff and Dr. Kern.
