I love All the Drs and staff at All UPMC facilities I think of them like good friends and family and they listen to me and listen to how I feel about certain things we discuss my options care it's not one sided I really love everyone I've had at UPMC for quite a few years
As a new patient, Dr. Hornick, MD took the time to go over and explain my previous medical history reports. He was also very patient in answering all my questions and concerns. Then, explaining the reasons of my current medical conditions and about upcoming future medical treatments.
I have never had a problem with UPMC they all are great people and fantastic professionals
