On time, I had written notes and Dr Hicks had throughly read them before coming in. He explained the situation and was upbeat and positive during the visit.
Short wait followed by courteous staff. Dr Hicks was great as usually. Kind, explained my issues. Also what to expect, be concern over etc…
Dr. Hicks is caring and knowledgeable. His office is efficient and professional.
Dr. Hicks is amazing! I have been struggling with some issues and most doctors I have seen for said issues have been so dismissive with little to no bedside manner. Dr. Hicks was the complete opposite! For the first time in two and a half months I felt heard and cared for, he took the time to hear about all of my symptoms, asking questions and listening to my answers.
