View photos Update- while, we appreciate the response, the lies and manipulative tactics are in the past, We owe you NOTHING, you guys are not providing the services for which we paid for 2 years in a row. so we should be receiving a refund. We have never asked for grace due to anything outside of your companys error that costed us thousands due to revocation and the faulty incorrect forms sent out by your company for 2 policies in a row. When one of the insurance companies they placed us with misclassified our office employees — who never leave their desks — into the same high-risk category as our field technicians, their team jumped in right away to help us fight back and get the audit fixed.
