View photos Update- while, we appreciate the response, the lies and manipulative tactics are in the past, We owe you NOTHING, you guys are not providing the services for which we paid for 2 years in a row. so we should be receiving a refund. When one of the insurance companies they placed us with misclassified our office employees — who never leave their desks — into the same high-risk category as our field technicians, their team jumped in right away to help us fight back and get the audit fixed.
