I ordered a $900 fuel pump when I received the pump it was wired DC and I needed AC. They wouldn't exchange because it 45 days and they have a 30 day exchange policy.
I had previously posted a negative review regarding the lack of service that I had experienced in receiving my auxillary tank and pump. Grace Hanson contacted me immediately, resolved the issue and I am happy to say that my tank and pump are installed and work perfectly. Grace, you are absolutely the best! Thanks a million.
Ordered from them and shipment came in fast and I missed it being delivered. And package was ordered to be shipped back. Great customer service they got it rescheduled and item showed up fast. Even with cdn and usd differents it was still cheaper than to buy in Canada. A+++
