The standard of Dr. Cottrell's office staff is abysmal. You are always told to leave a message - unless you want to schedule an appointment, they actually care about that. You will have to call multiple times to get a response to your calls. As for the doctor himself, he seems to just be going through the motions. He doesn't talk to you in any depth.
