Been coming here for 10 years. Both Dr. Cottrell have treated me great.
Always a pleasure engaging with and being served by Dr. John. You can tell immediately that he has your utmost welfare as his goal and does this with patience and grace.
Dr. John Cottrell has been my primary Doctor for the past forty years he is very kind and has the best bedside manner anyone could ask for he has help me get through cancer getting me the best oncologist he helped me tremendously when I was grieving with my husband’s death whom was also his patient we were blessed when we chose him as our primary care doctor! I would recommend Dr Cottrell whole heartedly!
I took off work and drove 35 minutes with my 2 year old for an appointment scheduled back in July (it’s September) and when I had gotten to the office, I walked up to the desk to check in and was completely overlooked as the receptionist continued to ask people leaving after I had arrived if they needed anything while I stood in front of her for minutes with my two year old in my arms being completely ignored as she just stared at her computer like she wanted to us leave, the greeting wasn’t warm, it didn’t even seem remotel... read more
