They opened my unit after not notifying me and without consent to do a pre move out inspection. They knew I was not present and did not know they were there and still violated my privacy. This is my second rental under this management company and in my 10 years of renting I have never experienced anything like this sort of lack of communication and trust with a landlord. Please beware of this if you want to live at a property under their management.
No heat for 259 days (all of heating season 2025-2026 and now no AC. Multiple repair requests and 2 corporate calls and no resolution. Horrible management.
