Seven (7) straight days with NO hot water in my apartment where I live with my two kids (8 & 10) @ Redbrook in Plymouth. The only solution offered is an empty unit in another building to shower with no timetable for replacement scheduled. I’ve lived here for 2 years and while the first year was good, we have experienced issues like this one after another over the last 6 months. Does not deserve not even 1 star. Do not rent from Washington mill 240. Elevators don't work, people smoke cigarettes' in the halls. My window in my apartment has been broken for 8 months (still waiting on it to be fixed), It was a great place to live until John M Corcoran took over. This is equivalent to section 8 housing not luxury apartments.
Great management company! Maintenance is very responsive and management and nice!
Hi, the move went great. The sprinklers came on out front in the middle of the move soaking the truck, but nothing was damaged. It was 92 degrees so it was kind of perfect for the movers!
