Absolutely horrible company. Impossible to contact, irresponsible with finances, lazy employees (from top down) and poor service to the point where our building had zero interior or exterior maintenance/cleaning for over 18 months before our trustees finally fired them. Good riddance!

Don’t rent at 420 Washington Mills in Lawrence MA. It’s supposed to be a smoke free building but people smoke weed everyday and it seeps right through the thin walls. I have told the front office and property management many times. All they can do is put out letters and emails. They have no way to effectively enforce it. I have asthma and it makes me really sick. Oh and if you want to break your lease you have to give 60 days notice. Even though they can’t enforce a non smoking policy. Not worth $2200 a month this place like... read more

Again left Numerous message and had to have someone flush out frozen pipes . No has been back to put insulation so pipes don't freeze and cause more problems . Now again no heat in. This building B. MAINTENANCE BEEN AWARE OF THE THINGS NEEDED TO GET FIXED. Toilet lose moving . Insulation was eaten bye mice . Tub needs to be called around it . Stove needs light bulb . BEWARE SAVE YOUR TIME MOVE SOMEWHERE THAT IT NOT MANAGED BY THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOUTOP DOLLAR WHILE GETTING BOTTOM DOLALR SERVICE. Response to Owner. I Did and got nowhere except BELITTLED and pretty much thrown to side because they don't care and told the lease states something it doesn't.
