The only solution offered is an empty unit in another building to shower with no timetable for replacement scheduled. I moved in yesterday, but the process was super seamless. Got my keys in under 10 min, My building is super clean and the unit is so beautiful! It’s spacious, comfortable, tons of closet space (2 walk ins in my unit), carpets are light color and were super clean upon arrival. Balcony is spacious, kitchen is just enough space for 1 person like me. The community seems really sweet too so far, everyone says hi. This is my first experience living completely alone and I’m really loving it so far!

Does not deserve not even 1 star. Do not rent from Washington mill 240. Elevators don't work, people smoke cigarettes' in the halls. My window in my apartment has been broken for 8 months (still waiting on it to be fixed), It was a great place to live until John M Corcoran took over. This is equivalent to section 8 housing not luxury apartments.
