Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They make sure to treat all their clients... read more
