Let me start off by saying I'm very,very,very hard to please. I went in with the attitude that this was going to be a waste of my time. The staff was very professional and polite. Dr. Baldauf was personable with a professional demeanor, he listened took an conservative approach and explained everything and I didn't feel rushed. He has an excellent bedside manner.
