We had very positive experiences with Dr Aquino. He came to our home on multiple occasions to care for my elderly parents’ feet. Toe clipping, etc. He was always pleasant and efficient.
Never in my life, have I been meet with such an unprofessional attitude, until I met Mr Aquino. Due to "snow" in the Buffalo area, I was contacted just a few hours before an appointment, to cancel and reschedule. Then at the rescheduled appointment, I was contacted 1 hour and 5 minutes before the appointment, and told my appointment was cancelled, due to non payment from my health insurance.
