Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
