John is the most personable guy you'll ever meet! He makes you feel like you're his most important client and gives advice based on what he would do with his own money, rather than thinking about the money he will/will not make on your deal. Even before I used John for my own personal home purchase I recommended him to good friends based on his honesty, efficiency and caring. Now he has helped me with investments as well as a home purchase. I would highly recommend John Loveday for any of your real estate needs.
