I recently saw Dr. Lord John at EmergeOrtho in Apex and had an excellent experience. He took his time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything in detail, but in a way that was easy to understand. I left the appointment finally feeling like I understood what was going on with my feet and what steps to take next. Dr. John was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. The entire staff was also welcoming and kind from start to finish. Highly recommend!
This DOC knows his stuff and is very good at explaining the workings of the foot. He showed me exactly what's going on with my foot and offered a detailed plan to resolve my issue. He even provided detailed, step by step instructions to follow for recovery. He also recommended over the counter orthotics, foot compression sleeves, running shoes and hiking boots to address my foot stability issues. I highly recommend him! Thanks Doc!
Professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Accommodates all questions and gets you answers even in a time where all providers seem to rush to get through as many patients as possible within a required time, which is driven by the practice, (more patients more money). Don’t blame the providers!!
