Dr. Lopera is great, but his staff was beyond confused, lazy, mean, and rude
I needed a new PCP so I became a patient here. I really have no complaints against the doctor. The minute you meet him, you realize how kind he is. He has a very good energy about him. I agree with some of the other reviews about the staff. They can be a little disorganized but they usually are able to figure it out.
I've been a patient for 9 years. I am thankful that the front desk has pulled itself together, for example, referrals get to specialists in a timely manner, and, my calls are responded to and returned quickly. When they moved to the new office they did go through growing pains and they are, now, magnificent once more. Diana and Arthur are excellent additions. And, I've treasured Dr Lopera since I met him, he is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I appreciate the hard work they have put into their practice. Maureen Dean
