My fiancé has lived in a habitat for humanity home for roughly 5 years. Single mother of 1 child, Sargent in the Army, Masters degree in her medical field now after many years of schooling while holding a full time job. I'm a union hvac tech myself. 15 years so far. Today, the hottest day of the year, I called for help because my ac wasn't working. I never expected that they would be able to come the same day! In just a matter of hours, we're cooling down again. Thank you so much!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. 3 weeks now with no AC. Unit is new, got in December. In the 3 weeks he has came by 2xs and said he topped the freon off but refuses to fix the bigger issue. He doesn't answer his phone, Doesn't return calls, the 2xs he did come he was incredibly rude. 3 weeks in the middle of July with no AC and he could care less about his customers.
Came out to fix my air con while I was down with a broken leg and ankle. He sent the bill along with a critique of my house smelling like dog while I was injured which really hurt my feelings because I was doing the best I could. Plus, he was only in the house 5 min. The rest he was putting coolant in the outdoor unit. When my HVAC went out for good a few months later, I gave my $10,000 business to Bracket Heating and Air, who didn't have any comments on my house one way or the other.
