Just picked up my 2023 RAV4 at John Lee and I’m in love with it! Michael made my experience so quick and easy! He made sure I was comfortable and informed the whole process. 10/10 If you’re shopping for a new car definitely find Michael to make it a great experience!

I was looking at one of the used wranglers at John Lee Mazda and had the opportunity to work with Jared Woods. He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. I told him what were we looking for and that I was shopping against other dealers. He gave me a very competitive out the door price with non of the games or Gimmicks we all dread. What a wonderful experience! Ted took care of me from start to finish!! He’s the best!! I am so excited for my brand new Mazda!
Price for oil change was significantly higher than quoted price , they were aware of vehicle make and model but claim it took $27 of extra oil lol . Will not be going back , they are crooks.
