Best sales, parts, and service departments in Bay county. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly. I do not even drive a Mazda but still bring my vehicles here. One of the best!
Don’t buy a CPO Mazda, and don’t service your car here!!! Had my CP0 CX-5 there for well over 30 days and they threw it on the lift TWICE. Said the issue was because of an accident I had and left it at that. Wouldn’t tell me what this issue was, where it was coming from, nothing. Just told me they “couldn’t figure it out”. So if they can’t find it, why is it automatically on the collision shop that fixed it months ago?? I even spoke to Mazda USA and they were equally unhelpful. This is an update to my previous 5 star review. Ever since I have had to deal with Jeff at the service department it has been a nightmare. I took my car in for an appointment with the road hazard insurance one day and he seemed like he didn't want to work on my car. He also told me since it was after 5, it was 4:50 , I would have to pay out of pocket because he wouldn't be able to contact warranty department. Just picked up my 2023 RAV4 at John Lee and I’m in love with it! Michael made my experience so quick and easy! He made sure I was comfortable and informed the whole process. 10/10 If you’re shopping for a new car definitely find Michael to make it a great experience!
