I have been to a few dentists and I've found most of them to be very rude if I need fillings or work done. Because of bad experiences I've avoided going to the dentist for years. Dr Wood saw me for an urgent pain and not only did he treat me with kindness, but the rest of his staff was very kind as well. What a wonderful experience! For the first time in my life I was nervous to go to the dentist - I had the same amazing family dentist all my life before moving to the area and never understood why people were so afraid to go to the dentist. Mindy did my cleaning yesterday and she is not only gentle while cleaning but makes the time pass with interesting conversation.
I had an excellent experience in Dr. WOODS office today. I was greeted by friendly staff and then taken back for the cleaning and exam. I love the service the office provides in such a professional manner.
I have been going to this practice for almost 4 years now and everytime I go in I have the BEST experience. Everyone's smiling faces are beyond warming. Also, they always always work with my schedule not matter what the situation they always make it work!!! Above all, I don't feel like just a patient. To explain, the relationship they have taken the time to build with me makes the place feel like home and everyone like family! I'm not just a patient with a file im a person they they took the time to get to know!
