Unsatisfied with john Lee Mazda, when i bought car after transaction they gave me one Key and never mentioned they did not have two which one expect when purchasing vehicle. I paid hundreds of dollars to have 2nd Key Fob made. Secondly, the GMC Acadia's had evap purge pump problem they they never revealed.The first week the check engine light came on and had to be replaced. Sale specialist should be open and honest when selling vehicle. Be careful dealing with John Lee Mazda. Customer: Johnny King
Was looking for a bigger vehicle than my Jeep Patriot and my boyfriend found this one online. Looked great in the pics online so we went to check it out. A big relief was that it was nice in person too. It was used and had a really tiny hardly noticeable dent in a door and a really tiny crack in the windshield. That was the only issues we seen. Love love love new car. It was absolutely immaculate, and Jared couldn’t possibly have been more helpful!! He’s absolutely the most knowledgeable snd low pressure car salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If buying a car and dealing with carsalesmen makes you as anxious as it makes me.
