Purchased a brand new 2023 Nissan Frontier with a platinum Warranty (advertised as an extended bumper to bumper warranty) from John Lee Nissan in Panama City Florida. My wife was in the hospital here in Panama City undergoing extensive surgery. This occured in December 2025. I went to leave the hospital and my truck would not start. No problem with sales department, but service department could careless if you bring in your vehicle for basic services. Made an appointment for oil change and basic check up. Show up for appointment on time but they act like we did not exist. It seemed that they where not happy we showed up. Was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait for a oil change with appointment..I pass and went down the road and had work done in 15 minutes.. Sorry Nissan service you lost my business.
