2 of us brought in various pieces of jewelry, gold, silver and costume jewelry. The owner and other employees were very friendly and helpful. They took a great amount of time to assess the items we have. They're very fair and have beautiful items available for purchase.

I purchased a Rolex Explorer from here and it stopped working. My watchrepairman opened the watch to find significant water damage and broken screws. I was told it was serviced and ready to wear. The hands were aftermarket and some if the movement parts are so rusted they can't be removed. The owner tried to blame me saying I put a rusty movement in his watch. They are rude and offered no recourse whatsoever. Stay far away from here. Bad people I wouldn't waste my time doing a review if it wasn't 100 percent accurate. Grant ... read more

I had an excellent experience having them resize my ring. I was turned away by several jewelers in the area because the ring I needed resized contains a lab grown diamond and apparently most places won’t touch them unless you bought it there. I called ahead to ask Grant Laughter and he said “if you love it, we love it. We can absolutely do that for you.” I was greeted and assisted by the owner himself who thoroughly went over my options and helped me choose a plan for resizing.
