Excellent agent with knowledge and integrity. Jay went above and beyond to close the deal. He did so much work on the home to make it presentable, cleaning it up, making beautifications all by himself. Jay did more work on the home than I did in all the years I lived there. We left the house in his hands 6 months prior to the sale and he managed, handled the contractors working on the renovations. One can blindly and completely rely on Jay for any real-estate deals.

Super Unprofessional, Called him made an appt showed up at house. No where to be found . Called him no response . Sent an agent an hour later. Never again
