Alex McCarthy at John L. Scott is a fantastic realtor, and I can not say enough good things about him. We started our home selling/buying process on a whim, at a un-steady time in the market. My Wife and I chose John L Scott because they are well established and known. Unfortunately we connected with the wrong team. When it comes to a realtor you should be able to trust them and anyone they bring on to help aid in the sale or purchasing of your home. So if I could share one piece of advice is stay away from (Ken and Carolyn) The Ream Team!!! Don't get reamed like we did!!! They really just don't have your best interest at heart. Find yourselves an upfront and honest one.
