I spoke with a few real estate agents before talking with Bill. He won't tell you your property is worth more than it is. I'd rather have an honest assessment and see my house sell quickly for a good price than be fed a line of garbage and have my house sit on the market. It took about 3 weeks to find a buyer while several of the places around here have been sitting for months. His input prior to listing the house was extremely valuable. Bill sold my family our first house in 2005. He was straight forward, didn't make any promises and was real. At that time money was tight and our options were limited. He talked us through it and we were happy with our purchase. In 2007, Bill sold that house for us and sold us our second house. Same great experience. In 2017 (Bill had relocated over an hour south) I reached out to Bill because of my experiences with him and he again sold our home and sold us our third (and hopefully last) home. Bill was great to work with. He was quick to answer the phone and respond to texts. Any questions we had he made sure to find the answers to. Even after buying our new home Bill has been available to us. We definitely recommend him!

I haven’t worked with Bill Sauneuf as my real estate agent, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
