Bill sold my family our first house in 2005. He was straight forward, didn't make any promises and was real. At that time money was tight and our options were limited. Bill is not only a friend but a great realtor. He walked us through the process, sold our house quickly and efficiently. William Sauneuf did a great job while helping us relocate from Connecticut to Washington. Very thorough and helpful. Always answers in a timely manner and goes above and beyond to answer every question and get any resources you may need. He made the process stress free. Very kind and thoughtful. If you want your house sold fast and easy Bill is your guy! 12hrs on the market and are house was sold with many offers above asking price. He takes his own quality photos himself of your house and floods all social media, making sure every one looking to buy a house will see yours.
