I spoke with a few real estate agents before talking with Bill. He won't tell you your property is worth more than it is. I'd rather have an honest assessment and see my house sell quickly for a good price than be fed a line of garbage and have my house sit on the market. It took about 3 weeks to find a buyer while several of the places around here have been sitting for months. His input prior to listing the house was extremely valuable.
