We have used Mark on the sale of 3 homes and the purchase of 2 homes. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. Mark not only sold our homes very quickly, he also did massive amounts of research on every home we looked at buying, including looking at country records, title searches, helping with permitting, and looking for potential issues with the house itself. I could not be happier with the service I received from The DeWitt Team. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
A below average listing experience, and an absolute nightmare when we decided to pull the house from the market. We were referred to the DeWitts by a (now ex) friend who is also a realtor but works in a different area.
