Recently I just moved out from 22607 ne 12th and I had horrible discrimination from the John L Scott real estate representative Melissa Teausant. Who reports to Rob Nicholson. As per lease they took $250 non refundable cleaning charges. Then this lady Melissa insisted to get cleaned it professionally which did and paid $460 . We submitted the bills. This lady still deducted $570 from my security deposit. I want management to look into this .
We dreamed of having a vacation home on the water and bought our home in early 2021. It was mid-pandemic and the housing market was crazy.
