Do not work with Scott Hollis as a property manager. Terrible communication, took months to get an accurate accounting of monthly rents and damage deposits. Frequently does not respond back by phone or text (or delays critical responses). Failed to take a damage deposit on one tenant. Provided inaccurate deposit refund and shorted me (the landlord) and the past tenant by large amounts of money.
Shoutout to my fellow Veteran, Gil Quinto for an awesome 5star experience. Definitely would recommend his services throughout Washington State and beyond. Keep up the hardwork Sir.
