I worked or rather tried to work with Jenny Clausen on a rental. She pushed and essentially bullied me into signing a lease NOW without answering my questions. When I asked for additional details she sent me a text at 4:25 AM saying my questions were sketchy and she was moving forward with another application. I had filled out the application and the background check. AVOID. Michelle Welch will not return calls or texts. With all the options for realtors for realtors in the valley, you'd think that someone would put just a little effort into communication. I'd love to 'find the perfect canvas Michelle', if you'd call people back. Also, read the reviews carefully here. They are by employees.

Craig Groves - Stay clear from him and any home he or his office represents (he is the broker agent). Let his pride get in the way and is breaking a 4 corner contract. Will end up in court. But my GF is 15 weeks pregnant and he’s causing undue stress the day before a 7 day full price cash offer. Hope his builder sees this and does the right thing.

Working at John L Scott for over 10 years has been great! The support staff and agents are amazing. I can't think of a better company to work with in this valley.
