Shy Bundy is wonderful! My husband and I walked into the Renton office of John L Scott Real Estate and lucked out. They called Shy Bundy to help us and she has been amazing. She helped us buy our condo and is now helping us buy a new house. She is efficient organized and willing to answer any and all questions, multiple times. If you are ever in need of a real estate agent I would highly recommend Shy or another agent from this office, our experience has been wonderful!
Very happy with service We used Phil Gerisilo for our first home purchase and were very happy. We didn't look very hard before we found the perfect home. He was very helpful in answering our questions and walked us through the process. He was always available and/or returned phone calls very quickly. Referred us to a great lending company as well. We were very happy with him!
Highly Recommend Because of a very favorable experience with J. L. Scott when I originally bought my condo, I decided to contract with them to manage the property when it became necessary to rent. Since Im now living out of state It is a tremendous relief to know that everything is being handled both professionally and with a lot of attention to detail. Good Service, friendly staff. I called about a property in Cusick as I am searching for a home to buy and Steve Simpson helped me and drove me out to the property. I wasn't impressed with the property, but the service I got was superb. I was very impressed with the professionalism this office has. I am looking forward to working with this agent in finding the right property. PROS: Great Service and very professional. CONS: Pictures in real estates books don't depict actual property.
