My experience with Dr. HInes was wonderful couldn’t ask for any better doctor I will trust him with my I sight from now on he is very professional and upfront you may not like what you hear it first but the outcome is wonderful thank you Dr. Hines
Will not reccomend. He was rude after we waited 2 hours past our appt. time. He wouldn't let us speak or ask any questions. He told us to ask someone else when we did have a question.
