This is by far one of the most disappointing, disrespectful and unprofessional-awful practices I have ever gone. I had to miss a few sessions due to illness and when I cancelled, I was never told that if you cancel more than 3 times in one year, you will be dumped. Have these therapists forgotten that people are human and have things come up that make it unavoidable to attend therapy sometimes? I felt they were completely disrespectful and totally unprofessional. Avoid this place, there are far better therapists in the area.
