I’ve seen Dr. Fairbanks for years, and couldn’t be happier with him, the practice and his team—especially his knowledgeable and courteous office team. As we get older, we want a small, trusted group of experts helping keep us running. I can’t recommend Dr. Fairbanks and the UCoNT team highly enough.
Dr Fairbanks is very patient & compassionate. Gives the time to explain in terms that one can understand.
Dr. Fairbanks may have wanted to help me but he had a funny way of showing it. Was early to my appointment, lobby wait time was minimal, front desk was nice. Sat in a room for 40 minutes. When Dr. Fairbanks decided to show up, he interrupted me several times, was incredulous as to why I was crying, and told me to see my primary care physician for the pain I was experiencing.
