Dr Fairbanks is very patient & compassionate. Gives the time to explain in terms that one can understand.
Dr. Fairbanks may have wanted to help me but he had a funny way of showing it. Was early to my appointment, lobby wait time was minimal, front desk was nice. Sat in a room for 40 minutes. When Dr. Fairbanks decided to show up, he interrupted me several times, was incredulous as to why I was crying, and told me to see my primary care physician for the pain I was experiencing. This was my first time to see Dr. Fairbank’s and I really like him. For the first time in 20 years and well more than 20 stones, he’s actually given me a name, tentatively, for what the cause is. He’s going to investigate further to make sure he has the correct diagnosis and help me find a solution. I’m so excited!
