I have been going to Dr Fairbanks for years and have always been pleased with his service and consultation. He can get very busy and sometimes can be a bit curt.

While Doctor Fairbanks was kind and helpful, the ladies up front were dismissive and unfriendly. At check-in I was treated like an annoyance and when I stopped to check out and schedule follow-up-as doctor asked me to-neither woman could be bothered to look up from their computer. I gave up and left. We all have bad days, but the public face of a large practice should manage to be pleasant and respectful even if the heart’s not in it!
