I called John Kivel Electric this morning to set up an appointment to solve a problem with a GFI outlet . Instead of an appointment he had me walk through a few checks that he thought could have been the cause. He solved the problem over the phone, and then wouldn't charge me. Amazing! He will definitely be my first choice electrician in the future.
