I've been ordering J&K's extraordinary chocolates for a few years. They are the best small business chocolateirs I've found in the U.S. Another thing I love (beyond creativity and amazing taste) is their care with delivery. I live in Arizona desert, which makes most any delivery (not just chocolates) tenuous in our July/Aug heat..but J&K always come through with a chilled shipment and advance UPS notice so I can pick it up from the driver diectly instead of leaving it on my porch in 115 degree heat
I’m in Chicago, and ordered some chocolates for my family for Christmas. There were shipped promptly but lost by UPS at their processing facility. The staff at John and Kira’s was most helpful in my discussions with UPS about the loss. Happily, the package was found and delivered. My family is amazed at the attention to detail in the chocolates. Very tasty too! I’ll be back for more.!
Great chocolate and great service. I ordered 2 boxes of chocolate during the summertime. The package was insulated and had ice packs inside to prevent it from melting as it traveled across the country. I appreciate the thought and care that went into packing my order. The chocolate itself was delicious and beautiful.
