My appointment with Dr Kessler at VOA was my 6month check up. Dr Kessler, besides having a wonderful bed side manner, addressed both my concerns and then his for me. This was a very bittersweet appointment since he is retiring. One thing to know about VOC; they are very tuned in to their patients. Extremely important when dealing with the kinds of medical issues these incredible people do. The staff is awesome. I have spent over an hour on 5 different holds. The i was told by a rude cristine, that i have to leave a message. Thanks, my PC doc sent a referral a week and a half ago and no word.
