my dealer, Pacifico Ford in Broomall, did not have the part. It was on backorder. Kennedy Ford had the part and installed it while I waited. Less 1 1/2 hrs later , all done. Very pleased with he service.
Service was good. Communication was ok. We kept having to call to see when our car was done.
I had an appointment scheduled for my work vehicle, but I also had to get a lot of work done. They had a lobby with TV and Coffee, then they also had a business lobby with a three desks outlets and it was set away and quiet so I could actually get work done.
